FHA Loan Limits Increase for Home Buyers 2022-2023

FHA loan limits will increase for 2023, giving home buyers more purchasing power due to the higher limits. AnnieMac Home Mortgage will honor these new loan limits going forward into the new year. This change unlocks more opportunities for buyers to utilize the benefits of an FHA loan (low down payment, flexible co-signer options, credit criteria, etc.) to purchase a home at a price point that reflects today’s market.
